The company manages the complete production lifecycle, from concept development to final delivery, through an end-to-end creative pipeline.
Engagement Type: Internship (Full-time)
Production Capacity: Ability to generate and at least2 mins of production-ready AI video per day
Role Description
- Generate AI video content for films, micro-dramas, advertisements, and short-form projects.
- Convert scripts and storyboards into effective prompts and cinematic shots.
- Maintain consistency across characters, environments, wardrobe, lighting, and props.
- Use text-to-video, image-to-video, and lip-sync workflows.
- Review, refine, and iterate outputs to meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with creative, editing, and sound teams.
- Organise assets, prompts, versions, and final files.
- Explore new AI tools and improve production workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, cinematography, and shot composition.
- Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Higgsfield, OpenArt, Seedance, Kling, Veo, or similar platforms.
- Strong prompting, iteration, and visual problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across shots.
- Attention to detail when identifying hallucinations, continuity issues, and visual errors.
- Ability to follow creative direction and collaborate remotely.
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating AI-generated video work.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new AI tools and production workflows.
