The Brief
We're looking for an AI Video Editor a hybrid creator who lives at the intersection of storytelling, editing, and machine intelligence.
If you get a rush from turning raw ideas into scroll-stopping visual stories and you love exploring new tools like Runway, Pika, Descript, Sora, and the next-gen AI editing stack this might be your calling.
At Wirality, you'll work across brand campaigns, internal IPs (like our shows and podcasts), and culture-first content for our clients using AI not as a shortcut, but as a creative amplifier.
What You'll Do
- Edit, enhance, and stylize videos for campaigns, reels, and branded content using AI-assisted tools.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to translate ideas into visually powerful narratives.
- Use AI to automate repetitive tasks shot selection, subtitling, transitions, versioning and focus on what truly matters: story and impact.
- Experiment with AI models to generate visuals, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Contribute to Wirality's own content universe including podcasts, creator IPs, and branded shows.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI editing technologies and champion adoption across the creative pod.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition, and/or DaVinci Resolve.
- Hands-on experience with AI editing platforms like Runway, Kling, Pika, Synthesia, Descript, OpusClip, or similar.
- Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and emotion in visual storytelling.
- Curiosity for tech + creativity; ability to push the limits of what's possible with AI.
- Self-driven, fast, and comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of sound design and visual aesthetics for digital platforms.
Reporting & Collaboration
- Reports to: Pod Leads (Sr. Manager Creative)
- Collaborates with: Creative, Production, and Strategy teams
- Special Projects: Works with Production on select shoots and long-format IPs
