Job Description - SRA / Manager
Role Overview:
We are seeking an AI Enablement Analyst to drive the integration of Generative AI (Gen AI) and automation within our fixed income research workflows, while also contributing to essential fixed income processes. The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in both AI technologies and fixed income research, enabling them to bridge business and technology for impactful, innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to core fixed income activities such as debt instrument valuations, yield curve construction, market polling, trade data analysis, reporting, and application support
- Identify and evaluate opportunities within fixed income business (bonds, yields, duration, credit risk, portfolio analytics, etc.) where Gen AI can improve efficiency, insights, or automation
- Design and implement Gen AI-powered workflows including prompt engineering, copilots, and business process automation
- Translate business requirements into AI-ready problem statements, structuring inputs for effective use with LLMs
- Apply foundational Gen AI concepts (LLMs, prompt design, embeddings, RAG, guardrails) to develop practical, business-aligned solutions
- Collaborate with technology and data teams to build, test, deploy, and refine AI solutions
- Create and maintain prompt libraries, reusable templates, and standardized Gen AI workflows for scalability
- Perform quality assurance and validation of AI outputs using domain understanding of financial data and fixed income processes
- Leverage tools such as Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms to prototype and deploy business solutions
- Support data preparation and structuring required for AI applications, ensuring usability and consistency
- Continuously monitor solution performance and optimize workflows for accuracy, efficiency, and business impact
- Stay updated on latest Gen AI trends, tools, and best practices, and assess their relevance for financial services
- Build awareness and drive adoption of Gen AI capabilities within business teams through demos, training, and documentation
- Ensure responsible and compliant use of AI, including data privacy, governance, and risk considerations
- Act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring clear communication and solution alignment
- Demonstrate curiosity and experimentation mindset to explore new AI use cases and innovation opportunities
- Desirable Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or related field, with 2–4 years of experience in fixed income research, analytics, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of fixed income instruments (bonds, yields, duration, credit risk, portfolio analytics), financial statements, and ratio analysis, with proven analytical inclination.
- Hands-on experience with Gen AI tools (LLMs, prompt engineering, business process automation) and familiarity with platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Python, VBA, and MS Office.
- Experience collaborating with technology and data teams on solution development and deployment.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills, coupled with demonstrated curiosity, innovation, and problem-solving abilities.
