Role Overview
We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to design and implement a solution leveragingSnowflake Cortexcapabilities. The role involves building intelligent workflows that guide oncology treatment decisions, integrate structured and unstructured data, and deliver actionable insights to clinicians and researchers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI-driven oncology navigation workflows usingSnowflake Cortex(Cortex Analyst, Cortex Search, Snowpark ML).
- Implementsemantic searchandLLM-based insightsfor clinical guidelines, trial matching, and patient pathways.
- Buildrecommendation enginesfor treatment options and trial eligibility.
- Integrate external oncology data sources (e.g., ClinicalTrials.gov, PubMed, EHR systems) into Snowflake.
- Design and deployML modelsfor patient stratification, risk scoring, and outcome prediction.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards and security protocols.
- Integrate Cortex withStreamlit, Teams or Web application.
Required Skills
- Snowflake Expertise:
- Hands-on experience withSnowflake Cortex(Cortex Search, Cortex Analyst, Snowpark ML).
- Proficiency inSQL,Snowpark Python, and UDF development.
- AI/ML Skills:
- Strong understanding of machine learning and NLP for healthcare.
- Experience with LLM integration and prompt engineering.
- Healthcare Domain Knowledge:
- Familiarity with oncology workflows, clinical trials, and patient data.
- Data Integration:
- ETL pipeline development and integration of structured/unstructured data.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years in AI/ML engineering or data science roles.
- Experience in healthcare or life sciences analytics.
