Role Overview
We are hiring aGraphic & Concept Creative Designerwho can blend creativity, branding, and interior theming to build powerful visual stories for residential and commercial spaces.
This role requires someone who can:
Buildtheme-based conceptsfor rooms, schools, offices, cafs, and spiritual/commercial spaces
Createstory-driven visual conceptsusing MIT's custom wallpapers & dcor products
Developcatalogues, theme books, and marketing creatives
Supportads, reels, social content, photoshoots, and UI-based theme layouts for web
Work onexisting MIT sitesto convert real projects into polished catalog-ready content
This is a creative strategist + designer rolenot just executionfocused on shaping the brand visually.
Key Responsibilities
1. Space-Based Concept Creation
Developthemes, storylines, and concept boardsfor residential and commercial spaces.
Curate wallpapers & products intocohesive design narrativesfor schools, offices, cafs, ISKCON spaces, corporate receptions & home interiors.
Build theme sets such as nature walls, kids learning concepts, corporate value walls, tropical sets, spiritual concepts, pastel dcor, etc.
Work on existing project photos to convert them intoinspiring, market-ready visual concepts.
2. Graphic Design & Branding
Create visuals forsocial media posts, project showcases, ads, brochures, website banners, and brand campaigns.
Maintain MIT's brand identity across all outputs.
Design marketing assets for B2B clients and brand partners.
3. Catalogue & Media Management
Buildcatalogues, design books, media decks, and theme collectionsfeaturing MIT products.
Manage a structured media library of themes, project photos, product categories, and design assets.
Regularly create new theme sets for specific industries like schools, corporates, hospitality, cafs, retail, etc.
4. Social Media Content + Shoot Support
Conceptualize & direct shoots forreels, stories, BTS, and theme-based content.
Create storyline-driven reels showcasing installations, themes, and moodboards.
Support platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.
5. Website Theme & UI Support
Create UI mockups to show themes onrooms, offices, schools, and commercial spaces.
Prepare visual layouts for the upcoming website theme sections.
Bring clarity to how clients browse themes visually.
6. AI Tools & Creative Automation
Use AI tools for clean-ups, enhancement, concept building, mockups, and layout generation.
Ability to write effective prompts for design outputs.
