Role Overview
Responsible for designing, training, and deploying AI and ML models that enhance
decision-making and process automation for the Retirement Solutions client.
Key Responsibilities
Work on NLP, predictive analytics, and automation models to support AI
roadmap.
Analyze structured and unstructured data to extract insights.
Develop and maintain ML pipelines and APIs for model deployment.
Collaborate with the Innovation Lead and Developers to integrate AI models with
Evaluate model performance and retrain for accuracy improvement.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, NLP frameworks (spaCy,
Hugging Face, OpenAI).
Experience with data visualization and feature engineering.
Knowledge of SQL and data integration tools (ADF, Databricks preferred).
Understanding of Retirement/Financial domain data is a plus.
