Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
AI/Data Platform Engineer with strong expertise in
Python, Data Engineering, Cloud, and DevOps to build, deploy, and manage scalable AI and data platform solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in workflow automation, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, Azure cloud services, and production operations. Exposure to
Large Language Models (LLMs) and
Generative AI technologies will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable AI and data platform solutions using Python.
- Build robust data engineering pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration.
- Automate workflows using modern orchestration and CI/CD tools.
- Develop, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery.
- Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and platform teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Ensure platform reliability, scalability, security, and performance.
- Integrate AI/LLM services into enterprise applications where applicable.
- Follow DevOps best practices for infrastructure automation, monitoring, and incident management.
Required Skills
- 6–7 years of experience in Python development and Data Engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience designing and building data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows.
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
- Experience with Docker and containerized application deployment.
- Strong experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Good understanding of DevOps methodologies and production support.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with LLM integration (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep).
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, or Application Insights.
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Azure certifications are an added advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
