Key Responsibilities
- Develop Python-based automation tools, scripts, lightweight applications, dashboards, and engineering utilities.
- Build AI-assisted productivity solutions using LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and intelligent automation workflows.
- Analyze engineering data, logs, and test results to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
- Design and execute software testing and validation, including unit, integration, regression, and functional testing.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand complex technical challenges and deliver practical software solutions.
- Create reusable tools and documentation to improve engineering productivity and workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong Python programming experience in scripting, automation, and data processing.
- Experience building internal tools, automation solutions, or engineering applications.
- Understanding of software testing and validation methodologies.
- Hands-on experience or practical knowledge of AI technologies, including:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Prompt Engineering
- AI Agents
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- AI-assisted automation
- Good understanding of digital electronics fundamentals, including logic design, timing concepts, registers, buses, and hardware/software interaction.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently in a collaborative engineering environment.
