Key Responsibilities
AI Video & Reel Creation
- Create engaging AI-generated videos for marketing campaigns, branding, advertisements, and social media.
- Generate Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, LinkedIn videos, and other short-form content.
- Transform scripts, blogs, and ideas into compelling AI-generated videos.
AI Content Creation
- Create AI-generated graphics, images, presentations, and marketing creatives.
- Develop AI-assisted content using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other generative AI platforms.
- Write effective AI prompts (Prompt Engineering) for consistent, high-quality outputs.
Video Editing
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
- Add subtitles, captions, voiceovers, animations, transitions, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Optimize videos for different social media platforms.
Social Media Content
- Plan and create engaging social media content.
- Design creative content calendars and campaign ideas.
- Stay updated with trending audio, viral formats, and platform algorithms.
- Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized social media assets.
AI Workflow Automation
- Build AI-powered workflows to automate repetitive content creation tasks.
- Utilize automation platforms like Make.com, n8n, Zapier, or similar tools.
- Explore AI agents and automation tools to improve productivity.
- Research and implement the latest AI technologies into creative workflows.
Innovation & Collaboration
- Stay updated with the latest AI trends, tools, and technologies.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams.
- Deliver high-quality creative projects within deadlines.
Requirements
Required Skills
Must Have
- 6 Months – 1 Year of experience in AI Content Creation, Video Editing, or Social Media Content.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Google Veo, Google Flow, Kling AI, Pika Labs, Luma AI, HeyGen, Synthesia, Higgsfield AI, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Leonardo AI, ChatGPT, Claude AI, Google Gemini, ElevenLabs, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and emerging social media trends.
- Creative storytelling skills with attention to visual aesthetics.
Preferred Skills
- Prompt Engineering for AI image, video, and content generation.
- AI Workflow Automation using Make.com, n8n, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or Figma.
- Understanding of social media analytics and content performance.
- Familiarity with AI voice generation and avatar creation tools.
