What you'll do:
- Lead/Champion AI initiatives across product, engineering, and business teams.
- Define and execute the AI roadmap, prioritizing high-impact opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions in product and operations.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to prototype, test, and implement AI features.
- Evangelize AI internally - drive adoption of tools, frameworks, and best practices.
- Analyze data and results to measure impact and optimize AI initiatives.
- Act as the link between strategy and execution, ensuring AI initiatives are delivered effectively.
Must Have:
- BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech (or equivalent) from a premium Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute.
- 58 years of experience in product management, AI, or tech-driven roles.
- Action-oriented, execution-focused, with a get things done mindset.
- Startup experience - thrives in ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and cross-functional work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable working with data and AI tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good to have:
- Prior experience in entrepreneurial ventures, AI startups, or product marketing.
- Experience in AI product strategy, roadmap planning, or AI feature implementation.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI/ML tools, APIs, or frameworks.
- Understanding of SaaS products, HR-tech, or B2B workflows.
- Exposure to cross-functional product execution and engineering collaboration.
- Comfort with rapid prototyping, experimentation, and iterative development.
