AI/Backend Developer

EnsanAI is building the next generation of AI-native employees autonomous digital workers

We're looking for a versatile AI/Backend Developer who thrives at the intersection of

backend engineering and applied AI. If you're excited about architecting distributed systems,

deploying AI workflows, and shaping the foundation of autonomous digital employees, this

role is for you.

Experience Level: MidSenior (37 years). Exceptional candidates outside this range will

still be considered.

What You'll Do

Architect and own end-to-end backend systems using Python and Node.js

Independently build and ship AI-powered features, workflows, and integrations for CareBot

Take full responsibility for designing PostgreSQL schemas, query optimization, and data flow

Implement and maintain Redis caching, pub/sub systems, and RabbitMQ pipelines

Lead distributed systems design across async processing and event-driven architectures

Contribute to full-stack development with Next.js and React when needed

Drive features from concept architecture implementation deployment with minimal oversight

Core Requirements

Excellent English Proficiency

Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, and TypeScript

Experience with Next.js + React

Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications

Familiarity with LLM APIs and AI workflow orchestration

SQL mastery + PostgreSQL optimization

ORM experience (SQLAlchemy, Prisma, TypeORM, etc.)

Experience with Redis, PgBouncer, RabbitMQ

Solid understanding of distributed systems and asyncio patterns

Cloud experience (AWS / GCP / Azure)

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment

Nice to Have

Experience with agentic/ autonomous AI systems Docker & container orchestration

CI/CD pipeline development
