About Position:

We are seeking a talented AI Lead/Architect. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable web applications, integrating backend services, and ensuring seamless user experiences.

• Experience: 8 to 12 Years
• Job Type: Full-Time Employment

What You'll Do:

• Strong development experience in: Java
• Hands-on experience with:
• GitHub Copilot, Codex, Cursor, Claude Code
• Strong understanding of:
• Prompt engineering (zero-shot, few-shot, CoT)
• SDLC/PDLC processes with AI integration

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong proficiency in AI assisted development using tools like Copilot, Codex, Cursor, Claude Code.
• Responsible for driving effective adoption of AI tools across the team and SDLC, delivering measurable productivity gains.
• Monitor quality of AI-generated outputs (code, test cases, documentation)
