Job Description

Calling & Meeting HR Person of Agriculture Companies for understanding their requirements and placement of suitable candidates as per company's requirement.
Supporting Recruitment team with sourcing of trained candidates form training companies dealing in Agriculture training.
Training to field staff regarding Sales & Marketing techniques, developing Channels, Distribution Network; Government Tender, Team -Handling, Budgeting & inventory Control, Scheme & Target Designing.

As per Merchandising- Merchandising allocation and evaluate return of marketing activites. Competitor Activities, Data Management, Market intelligence, Potential mapping for key products. Differentiating on working practices in Rural & Urban markets.
Planning & Executing on new product launch strategies, availability techniques initially, Brand visibility and promotional campaigns to achieve primary, secondary & tertiary elements of sales.

Recruiting, Retention, orienting and training to sales team; Ensuring optimum performance for all sales & operations
Develop a Public-Private Partnership framework for developing agri-business products in their areas. Develop a comprehensive database of all existing agri-businesses in areas assigned to them.
Maintaining database of all leading established and upcoming farmers in areas assigned to them.

Closely working with farmers for doing product demonstrations , trials and analyze result of products at multiple stages of plant development.

Identify gaps with respect to agro-processors with practical time-bound plans for establishing them. Conducting various education program for Farmer meetings.
Supporting local dealers and distributors for reaching multiple retailers for smooth distribution of company's products. Empha On New Product Development or new line of treatment against various pests in crops.
Material Procurement & supply Chain Management.

MIS and Sales Reporting.

BSc in Agriculture with 1-5 years experience in marketing, training and educating field staff working for different agriculture products companies.
