Position/ Title: AGM Sales
Enterprise & B2B Sales-
Insurance/ Lending Product
Experience: 5+ Years Location: Chennai

Job Description:
Develops and executes aggressive sales strategies to grow revenues and expand the market through new business acquisitions.
Develops executive-level interactions with clients to advance individual opportunities and connections.
Ensures thorough adherence to Sales Processes and policies.
Driving Sales Forecast and maintaining a Sufficient Pipeline at all times.
Intelligence on competition/market movement, tracing sales wins and losses
Work closely with Product Engineering and Delivery teams to maximize opportunities and productivity.
Competencies/Skill Set:
Expert in Enterprise/ B2B sales.
Handled the complete Sales cycle.
CXO connects and relationship building.
Closed Minimum Ticket of 50 Lakhs of deals
Individual contributor role.
Strong acumen in Sales & Business Development of Insurance/ Lending product
Exposure to handling and closing Enterprise deals
Solid Team player & extremely self-motivated
Should have outstanding presentation and negotiation skills
A successful communicator at all levels with excellent interpersonal skills

Should be a go-getter and exhibit skills of going the extra mile.
Proven track record of achieving sales Targets.
Willingness to travel as needed
Experience in Domestic/ International markets
