We are looking for a
Solution Architect for our medical technology team. In this role, you will design the technical plans for our healthcare software and help win new business. Your main job will be reading
RFPs (Requests for Proposals) from clients and writing technical solutions for them.
You must have strong skills in healthcare software design, hospital system workflows, and medical data compliance. You will turn client business requirements into clear, workable software architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- RFP and Proposal Work :
- Read RFPs : Review technical requirements from clients to understand exactly what they need.
- Write Proposals : Create clear technical documents and system designs to win new business.
- Software System Design :
- Design Systems : Build the technical structure for secure, scalable medical software.
- Support AI Tools : Help integrate AI/ML models for automated data analysis and medical classification.
- Medical Domain & Healthcare Standards :
- Data Standards : Use HL7 and FHIR formats to share medical data safely between systems.
- Regulatory Compliance : Make sure all designs follow medical safety and privacy rules (like FDA, CE, HIPAA, or GDPR).
Required Skills & Expertise
- Medical Domain Knowledge : Deep understanding of healthcare software systems and biomedical data.
- Healthcare Standards : Strong experience with HL7 and FHIR data sharing formats.
- Coding Concepts : Good knowledge of software development languages (like Python, C, or C++) and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Proposal Writing : Proven track record of writing successful technical bids and proposals.
- Clear Communication : Ability to explain complex technical ideas to non-technical business clients easily.
Preferred Experience
- Past work experience in the medical devices or healthcare software industry.
