We're Hiring: Senior Agentic AI Developers

We are looking for experienced Senior Agentic AI Developers to join our team and work on cutting-edge AI solutions involving multi-agent systems, LLM orchestration, enterprise integrations, and cloud-native AI platforms.

Role: Senior Agentic AI Developer

Experience: 4.5 to 11 years

Location: Pune / Trivandrum

Work Mode: Currently Remote

About the Role

The ideal candidate will architect, build, and optimize agentic AI workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangChain, and similar agent orchestration patterns. You will develop multi-agent systems capable of reasoning, using tools, maintaining memory, and executing complex enterprise workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic AI workflows using LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and related frameworks.
• Develop multi-agent systems that coordinate reasoning, memory, tool usage, and task execution.
• Implement MCP tools and custom tool interfaces to extend agent capabilities.
• Integrate agentic AI solutions with enterprise platforms and workflows.
• Orchestrate LLM interactions across retrieval, tools, memory, and agents.
• Design, test, and optimize prompt strategies for reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Support prompt versioning, experimentation, and controlled rollout strategies.
• Prototype and benchmark agentic AI solutions for scalability, robustness, and safety.
• Build Python-based AI services and backends using FastAPI.
• Expose AI workflows and agent capabilities through secure and scalable REST APIs.
• Implement asynchronous workflows, background tasks, and event-driven processing where required.
• Build and deploy AI services on Azure or AWS.
• Integrate cloud services such as IAM, logging, monitoring, and security controls.
• Optimize solutions for cloud performance, scalability, and cost.
• Package AI services using Docker and deploy them to Kubernetes environments.
• Support deployment pipelines across development, testing, and production environments.

Required Skills

• Strong Python development experience for AI and backend services.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
• Experience building APIs using FastAPI.
• Working knowledge of Azure or AWS cloud services.
• Exposure to Azure AI Foundry or AWS Bedrock.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs, and cloud-native deployment practices.
• Good understanding of prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, and enterprise AI integration.
