We are looking for an Agent Coordinator to manage and maintain relationships with domestic and international recruitment agents. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating candidate sourcing activities, tracking recruitment progress, ensuring timely communication, and supporting the recruitment team in fulfilling manpower requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with recruitment agents and sub-agents across various locations.
- Share job requirements and ensure timely sourcing of suitable candidates.
- Follow up with agents regarding candidate availability, interviews, documentation, and mobilization.
- Maintain daily records of candidate submissions and agent performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new agents.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, agents, and recruiters.
- Ensure all candidate documents are received and submitted on time.
- Prepare reports on recruitment progress and agent activity.
- Support the recruitment team in meeting client manpower requirements.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple requirements.
Qualification
- Graduated in any discipline.
- Experience in recruitment consultancy or manpower consultancy preferred.
