Job Description

To lead and drive the sales and recruitment efforts within a designated agency or branch, ensuring the achievement of business objectives by building and nurturing a high-performing team of insurance advisors, maintaining productivity levels, and upholding the brand's integrity and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To recruit a team of insurance advisors as per the corporate strategy.
  • To ensure and maintain the levels of productivity as prescribed.
  • To focus on developing various business segments as per the sales strategy.
  • To train Insurance Advisors with the help of the dedicated training team.
  • To uphold the brand image and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.

Measures of Success:

  • Achievement of sales targets and other parameters such as retention.
  • Activation of advisors monthly.

Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate/Post Graduate.

Skills Required:

  • Sound knowledge of IRDAI regulations.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good understanding of underwriting and operation processes.
  • Strong training and motivation capacity.
