Job Description

The Agency Development Officer will be responsible for the recruitment, training, and management of insurance agents. This role involves developing strategies to enhance agency performance and ensuring agents are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement agency recruitment strategies to attract new agents.
  • Support and train agents to enhance their performance and productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents to foster loyalty and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for agency growth.
  • Monitor and evaluate agency performance and provide feedback for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of insurance products and services is a plus.
  • Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
