We are now looking for a
Aftermarket Engineer for Steel belt Services to strengthen our team in
India.
You will work in close cooperation with external partners across the globe to develop and implement innovative solutions and services. As a leading member of the IPCO Aftermarket team, you will contribute significantly to the overall aftermarket strategy and policies and act as an advisor to the Customers.
Main Responsibilities
- After sales service and maintenance of steel belts at sites and workshop.
- Up keeping and maintenance of service equipment's, tools and workshop.
- Support to steel belt sales function
- To attend the service calls and related customer communication, service co-ordination.
- To carry our steel belt installations, welding and other repairs of steel belts.
- To take running trials and to prove belt performance at site.
- Technical discussions with customers related to problems at site.
- To handle service enquiries and orders, service reports, techno-commercial matters and documents, payment follow ups.
- Maintenance of own equipment's and workshop management.
- Detailed technical knowledge , coordination with principles, customers and iter departments, customer focus.

Requirements
- Education qualification - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience - 4-5 years in SS fabrication, Sheet metal, Boilers, Heat exchangers, Rotary equipment's,
- Skills specific to position - Knowledge in SS welding technologies
- Language - English and any regional language

- Soft skills like MS word, Axel, Auto Cad, Power point
