Job Summary

Ankur Lighting is looking for an experienced and customer-focused After Sales Support Manager who can efficiently manage customer complaints, service coordination, technician scheduling, issue resolution, and overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complete after-sales project planning and execution
  • Coordinate with clients regarding project requirements, timelines, and execution schedules.
  • Coordinate with customers regarding complaints, service requests, and resolutions.
  • Handle site visit planning and execution management.
  • Manage project updates, execution reports, and service MIS.
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure quick resolution.
  • Ensure proper material coordination for site execution.
  • Improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Maintain project timelines and execution quality standards.
  • Support team in problem-solving during project execution.

Candidate Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of experience in After Sales Support and Handled the team.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle customer escalations professionally
  • Good knowledge of Excel and reporting
  • Experience in manufacturing, lighting, electrical, consumer durable, or related industry preferred
  • Strong follow-up and team management abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
