About the team :

Our Deals Operations team focuses on providing support for transactions and assists clients in all operational aspects of the transaction, pre and post completion.We work on Buy side Due diligence, Sell side due diligence and Post merger integration.

About the role:

As an Associate 2 in our Deals Strategy & Operations team you will have to work on the following kinds of assignments:

  • Project Management Office/Integration Management Office- Set up a PMO, develop/validate project plans, identify and assess risks and dependencies, track status and report to senior leadership efficiently

  • Work on technical project management as well as non-technical project management assignments

As an Associate 2 you will:

  • Develop analysis and client deliverables

  • Work with team members ensure the quality of those deliverables

  • Support the onboarding and coaching of new team members and provide training as and when required

  • Support proposals, thought leadership and business development opportunities

This role requires an individual to possess high business acumen and analytical skills. This role will involve working with different teams globally.

Eligibility :

  • 0-3 years experience in Project Management

  • Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint, MS Project or any other project Management tool

  • Must have detailed understanding of agile project management techniques, scrum methodology

  • Proficient in oral and written communication skills.

  • Experience in M&A, diligence, integration, separation or divestitures. Additionally, M&A experience with a large consulting firm is highly desirable, as is other management consulting and program management experience.

Desired skill set

  • Ability to work with a team of problem solvers who have extensive deals experience

  • Ability to work collaboratively with the team members and territory stakeholders to deliver projects and proposals

  • Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively across globally dispersed teams, in a high performance culture

  • Worked on both technical and non-technical project management assignments
