Build and manage the lead pipeline of multi-discipline education programs, targeting MBA senior and top management executives.
Provide in-depth and customized information to interested executives who enquire about comprehensive leadership development programs via phone and email.
Ensure all details pertaining to lead discussions are updated in real-time on the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
Adhere strictly to the inside sales process, tools, and data management guidelines.
Leverage internal relationships with other departments to effectively move leads through pipeline stages.
