About Archer
A new regulatory change lands somewhere in the world every six minutes, and agentic AI is outpacing most teams ability to govern it. At Archer, we help the enterprises powering the global economy turn that pressure into an advantage.
Mandates like the EU AI Act and the SEC cybersecurity disclosure rules are driving the most significant GRC buying cycle we have seen in years. That demand is why we are growing this team.
This is hard work that matters. Our customers span energy, utilities, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and the public institutions communities depend on. People choose Archer because they get to partner with the most trusted brands in the world, on work that protects the customers and communities those brands serve.
If that sounds like your kind of work, let's chat.

- Track, analyze, and present program metrics, KPIs, risks, issues, and progress updates.
- Support process improvements and governance mechanisms that improve execution quality and predictability.

- Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early, then drive mitigation or resolution plans.
Tools & Agile Ways of Working
- Use Jira or equivalent tools to manage workflows, track progress, and maintain visibility.
- Work within Scrum and/or Kanban structures, supporting delivery rhythm and ceremonies.
What You Bring
- 6+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in program or project management in software product or SaaS environments.
- Experience working with software engineering teams as a Program Manager or Scrum Master.
- Experience managing cross-functional programs in geographically distributed organizations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for teams and senior leaders.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or equivalent program/project management tools.

- Software industry background, preferably in B2B SaaS.
Even Better If You Have
- Experience in GRC, risk management, compliance, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
