Timings: 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM

Working Days: 5 days Working, 2 Weekends (Sat-Sun) off

Working Mode: Remote [Hybrid-May have to come to office when required]

Position Overview:

We are looking for an Advertise Strategist with 1-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Indian job market and be able to create effective advertising campaigns that target specific audiences. The candidate should have a passion for marketing and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement advertising strategies that target specific audiences
• Create and manage advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and search engines
• Analyze data and metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative assets and messaging that align with brand guidelines
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Desired Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
• 1-4 years of experience in advertising or marketing
• Strong understanding of the Indian job market and audience targeting
• Experience with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
