6+ Years of Relevant Experience in Performance Testing .
Proficient in load testing tools like Load Runner (Multiple Protocols like web http/html, True Client, SAP), JMeter,
Knowledge on other load testing tools like Neoload is a plus
Proficient in API management tools like Postman.
Proficient in profiling tools like HTTP Watch, Fiddler
Expertise in Test Planning, Test Estimation, Test Strategy, Workload Design, Test Cases Design, Test Environment Setup, Test Data Setup, Test Scripts creation, scenarios, execution, reporting and Defect Management.
Experience in Application Monitoring Tools like Manage engine, AppDynamics, Dynatrace.
Hands-on experience in writing and executing performance test scenarios for complex systems
Hands-on experience with performance test simulations, performance analysis, performance tuning, performance monitoring in an n-tier environment
Perform analysis of performance issues in Pre-production and/or Production environments in the cloud and/or on-premises environments
Hands-on experience in analyzing the performance results and reporting the findings. Capture/analyze/interpret technical data - performance metrics from the application, database, OS, and Network
Keen eye for performance, security, and scalability aspects of the application
Demonstrated ability to capture key metrics, create accurate status reports and effectively communicate to the leadership teams and stake holders
Hands-on experience in defect logging, tracking and verifying defects
Experience in performance diagnostics, capacity planning and performance architecture design
Experience in Cloud (AWS / Azure) environment
Monitor application logs to determine system behavior. Address all technical issues, facilitate the resolution and necessary follow-up with Development and other cross-functional teams.
Analyze the CPU Utilization, Memory usage, Network usage, and Garbage Collection to verify the performance of the applications.
Identifying memory leakage, connection issues and identify bottlenecks in the application causing performance issues
Generate performance reports, graphs and other related documentation required for validation and analysis.
Publish results and receive appropriate signoff. Prepare detailed status reports and monitoring of all defects and issues.
Good understanding of basic DB tuning, application server tuning, and common issues around performance and scalability.
Strong problem-solving skills and very good time management skills.
Should be an individual contributor and drive from NFR till Sign off taking all stakeholders into consideration.
