Job Description

MALABAR GOLD & DIAMONDS is seeking an experienced and analytical Adobe Target Lead to optimize our digital customer experiences and drive conversion rates. In this pivotal role, you will manage our website content, spearhead personalization efforts through Adobe Target, and leverage Adobe Analytics to derive actionable insights. If you are proficient in Adobe Experience Cloud products and passionate about enhancing user journeys and digital performance, you will play a key role in our digital marketing success.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of website content, ensuring its accuracy and relevance, and coordinating updates and enhancements.
  • Manage Adobe Target by creating and managing experiences, setting up A/B tests, and targeting specific segments of website visitors to deliver personalized experiences and optimize conversion rates.
  • Utilize Adobe Analytics to track and analyze website performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics. This involves setting up custom reports, analyzing data trends, and providing insights to stakeholders to inform decision-making and improve the website's performance.
  • Conduct regular testing and quality assurance checks to ensure that the website and its various components, such as forms, interactive elements, and personalized experiences, are functioning correctly and providing an optimal user experience.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, such as marketing teams, designers, developers, and business owners, to understand requirements, gather feedback, and align website strategies with business goals.
  • Provide training and support to content authors and other website users on using Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics effectively; create documentation; conduct training sessions; and assist users with troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and updates related to Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics.
