Requirements
Experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) & Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Engineer to design, implement, and optimize customer data and journey orchestration solutions.
Strong hands-on expertise in AEP Real-Time CDP, AJO journey orchestration, data integration, identity resolution, and marketing activation workflows.
Collaborate closely with Marketing Operations, Analytics, QA, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-performing customer engagement solutions.
Design and implement Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) data pipelines including: Data sources, Datasets, XDM schema design, Identity namespaces, Profile stitching and identity resolution
Configure and manage AEP Real-Time CDP functionalities including: Audience segmentation, Audience activation, Destinations (email, SMS, ad platforms, and third-party channels), Consent management and governance controls
Build and maintain Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) campaigns and journeys including: Event-based triggers, Audience eligibility rules, Journey orchestration logic, Personalization and offer management, Experimentation and campaign optimization, Frequency capping and throttling controls
Integrate streaming and batch event sources, Edge Network implementations, and decisioning capabilities.
Establish monitoring, QA, and operational controls including: Data quality validation, Segment population monitoring, Journey performance tracking, Deliverability monitoring, Error handling and troubleshooting
Collaborate with QA, Analytics, Marketing Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable customer engagement solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, and support procedures while providing L3 production support.
Ensure compliance with enterprise privacy and governance standards including: Consent management, Opt-out handling, Data retention policies, PII protection, Regulatory compliance requirements
Optimize platform performance focusing on throughput, latency, identity match rates, and downstream activation success.
