We are looking for an Admissions and Interview Support Specialist who will play a major role in preparing students for university and visa interviews, while also handling admissions and general operational processes. This role is ideal for someone who can build student confidence, conduct mock interviews, guide them on communication and presentation skills, and at the same time ensure smooth documentation, application management and backend coordination. You will directly impact student outcomes from interview readiness to final visa success.
Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding study abroad options, programs, universities and career pathways
Evaluate student profiles and recommend suitable programs and institutions
Manage end to end application processes including shortlisting, applications, documentation and follow ups
Conduct mock interviews and prepare students for university and visa interviews
Assist students with SOPs, resumes, LORs and financial documentation
Handle visa filing processes ensuring accuracy and compliance
Maintain updated student records and track applications systematically
Coordinate with universities, institutions and internal team members for timely progress of applications
Support operational efficiency by managing daily tasks and workflows
Build strong relationships with students and parents through proactive communication
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline)
1 to 3 years experience in admissions, student counselling or education consultancy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Confidence and clarity while training students for interviews
Knowledge of international education systems (Australia, Canada, UK, USA etc)
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
