Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Talk to students and understand their career goals.
  • Explain our courses, benefits, and job opportunities.
  • Suggest the right course based on student needs.
  • Make cold calls to reach new students.
  • Follow up with interested students regularly.
  • Help with admission process, fees, and documents.
  • Answer questions about study material, exams, and certificates.
  • Keep records of calls and student details.
  • Stay updated with course changes and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from any field.
  • Minimum 6+ months of experience in counselling, sales, or support.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills.
  • Confident, well-spoken, and presentable.
  • Basic understanding of IT is an added advantage.
