Role Description

Job Profile:-

The role of a Sr. Counselor/AM -Admissions to help Students choose a career that will best suit them and then enroll them for the chosen program.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

The candidate will be required to Counsel the student about ICOFP's courses to our database and other, relevant external Database lists.

The Candidate will be responsible for getting the students enrolled in our Full Time /short term (Dip. & Certification) program for students and working professionals.

The admission counselors will be getting leads received from the different sources of the students/ professionals who inquired about the programs.

Counselors are required to counsel the students over call/walk-ins and explaining the program and converting them into admissions in the program offered.

Team Worker & Customer focused, Provide an accurate and up to date report on the sales pipeline to the supervisor on daily/weekly & Monthly basis.

Qualifications

• Sales skills
• Education background or experience in the education industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
• Knowledge of financial markets and related certifications is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
