Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counselor located in Noida. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for providing personalized guidance and support throughout the student application process, including course selection, essay writing, and interview preparation. Day-to-day tasks will involve one-on-one counseling sessions, helping students explore and identify best-fit universities or colleges, and assisting in the preparation and submission of applications. The counselor will also maintain effective communication with students and parents, ensuring a smooth admission process.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
- Customer Service and Sales skills
- Experience in the Education sector
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for counseling purposes
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field is preferred
