Role Description

The Admission Counsellor is a full-time, on-site role based in Koramangala, Bangalore. The selected candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, handling enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email, and guiding them through the admission process. The role involves following up with leads, maintaining accurate communication records, recommending suitable courses based on student requirements, and converting enquiries into admissions.

The candidate will maintain CRM and lead tracking sheets, coordinate with the academic and marketing teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process, and provide post-admission support to students. The role also includes participating in webinars, virtual guidance sessions, and offline admission events whenever required.

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Fixed Sunday Off)

Salary: Open Budget (Based on experience and performance)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in admission counselling, telecalling, or education sales is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
  • Ability to handle multiple leads, follow-ups, and deadlines.
  • Strong convincing ability and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer tools, including Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, and Email.
