Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Administration professional to oversee and manage the organization's administrative operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning, vendor management, facility management, asset management, and compliance with administrative policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration & Facility Management
- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
- Manage office facilities, housekeeping, security, transport, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related requirements.
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of office infrastructure and assets.
Vendor & Procurement Management
- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely contract renewals.
Asset Management
- Maintain records of company assets and inventory.
- Conduct periodic audits of office assets and equipment.
- Ensure proper allocation and tracking of assets.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements related to administration.
- Maintain administrative records, agreements, licenses, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for audits and inspections.
Budget Management
- Prepare and monitor administration budgets.
- Control operational expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Generate periodic reports on administrative expenditures.
Team Management
- Supervise administrative staff, housekeeping personnel, security staff, and support teams.
- Allocate tasks and monitor performance.
- Conduct training and development activities for the administration team.
Event & Travel Coordination
- Manage office events, meetings, conferences, and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for employees and visitors.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant certification will be an added advantage.
Required Skills:

- Exposure to educational institutions, corporate offices, or service industries.
- Experience handling administration teams of 5+ members.
