Job Description

  • You will serve as a liaison between the India HR VP (Head HR, India) and other internal and external stakeholders, providing administrative support to the India HR Head, managing schedules, coordinating meetings and various events while managing sensitive and confidential data
  • You will play a crucial role in working with global teams across multiple time zones to manage the needs for the leader, efficiently

Your day to day -
  • Organize and maintain complex calendars using a high level of tact, integrity, and confidentiality. You will need to be adept, flexible, and know how to schedule meetings across multiple time zones and large global teams.
  • Manage leader s daily schedule and prioritize meetings. Follow up on requested items as needed.
  • Prepare and track expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Project manage all logistics, including operational and technical, for team meetings, off-sites, all hands, and events.
  • Anticipate needs and take initiative to solve problems independently with minimal guidance.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to make the overall team more efficient over the long term.
  • Provide coverage when team administrative assistants are out of office or on sick leave.
  • Make complex travel arrangements expeditiously and accurately.
  • Handle special projects as they arise.
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency and under pressure, as needed to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to act diplomatically, respectfully, and confidentially when communicating with key internal and external customers and individuals of varying levels.

  • Experience in handling a wide range of administrative-related tasks, organizing large meetings across multiple time zones and arranging travel and expense items.
  • Demonstrated ability to take the initiative to spot problems before they arise, find solutions, and provide timely follow-through on projects.
  • Highly organized with an ability to demonstrate meticulous attention to details, adaptability, flexibility, resourcefulness and efficiency.
  • 5+ years relevant work experience supporting at the SVP or VP level in a complex and dynamic environment.
  • Proven competency using MS Office applications; Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Bachelor s Degree or equivalent, preferred.
  • Passionate about PayPal and ability to understand PayPal Value prop and EVP critical
  • High level of integrity required for handling sensitive and confidential information
