Job Description

Your duties include:
Providing administrative support to director, employees and in some cases, suppliers, and customers.
Collaborating and executing ad-hoc operational projects
Maintaining databases, organising files, and tracking important deadlines
Managing the director's diary and email communications, including scheduling meetings and replying to and/or drafting emails.
Preparation of documents & general correspondence
Initiating contact with clients by email, letter, or telephone to answer questions or provide information concerning projects.
Following up on client issues until they are resolved
Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders
Researching and booking travel arrangements for staff members
Finding ways to improve administrative processes

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with exceptional knowledge of Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication in the English language
The ability to work independently and to problem solve issues
Good project management skills
