Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks including providing administrative assistance, answering phone calls with proper etiquette, coordinating communication within the team, and performing executive administrative duties. Additionally, they will manage clerical tasks and maintain organized records.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills
- Clerical skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with office software such as MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
