Responsibilities include:
Liaising with clients and answering queries about bookings, interpreters or availability and services.
Answering client and interpreter queries.
Answering general enquiries over the telephone.
Contacting interpreters to offer bookings.
Clarify any issues and sending completed invoices out to clients.
Checking the interpreter invoices.
Ensuring that tasks are completed appropriately in a timely manner.
Introducing our services to potential clients over phone and emails.
Helping with general administration work that may be required by the team or by management.
Skills and experience required:
Excellent customer service skills.
Enthusiastic and bubbly in nature.
High level of IT literacy and use of Outlook, MS Word and Excel.
Good numeracy skills and attention to detail.
Confident telephone manner.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
