Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and documentation
- Coordinate office supplies and manage inventory
- Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal communication

- Assist the HR or Admin team in daily operations and event planning
- Manage courier, postal, and office logistics as required
- Provide front-desk coverage and handle basic visitor management tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
