Job Description Summary : The Admin Executive is supporting all HR administration procedures for the organization.
Job Description :

  • Handle ticket bookings, Visa formalities of Mg. Partners for Foreign Tours including arrangement for Foreign Exchange, Sim cards.
  • Preparation of maintenance Contracts Freelancers & Consultant
  • Organizing conferences and booking rooms for the foreign delegates.
  • Checking all daily expenses vouchers.
  • Keeping all the employee records of new documents
  • Checking of travelling expenses of vouchers of employees and pass on them to accounts.
  • New employee joining biometric, Registration and moveinsync app
  • Maintain courier details. and courier bills
  • Responsible for inward and outward documents and laptop , letter, and Couriers and courier to finance team
  • Sending Birthday e-mails & sharing the details with the studio team.
  • Documentation process for new recruits, freelancer, interns and custody of signed NDAs
  • Recruitment and share the resume to head of the department.
  • Arranging for the interviews with the respective department.
  • Reference check of the employee.Mailing welcome mail to HR team.
  • Give new employee detail format, opening bank account and make PF account for the employees at the time of joining.
  • Sharing with them Employee Handbook and explain them HR formalities.
  • Preparation of Appointment Letters and custody signed by HR Manager and also maintain record of it.
  • Keep record of Employee Database
  • Keeping employee annual performance record ,preparation of Confirmation Letters Relieving Letters and Experience Certificate and custody signed of HR Manager and also maintain record of it.
  • Preparing Exit Interview, Handover Form, Form10,Form19, Declaration Format,Form5-10, 15 Income tax PF Forms to employee, full and final settlements.
  • Arranging events for the company.
