We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin and Operations professional to support our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles and a passion for enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for the department.
  • Support the team in project management tasks and reporting.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring a well-equipped workspace.
  • Assist in financial management tasks, including budgeting and invoicing.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative and operations roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles.
  • Familiarity with office management software (e.g., CRM systems, scheduling tools).
