- Providing expert knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning - you are expected to have knowledge and certifications in the Adaptive Planning solution suite
- Contribute to implementation for our customers - You will contribute to all phases of Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects :
- They work with customers to understand their current planning process and take a consultative approach to transform legacy models into Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Investigate and, in consultation with the Implementation Lead, recommend the best solution based on the clients requirements, budget and timeframe, with the flexibility to adjust the scope as additional needs are identified
- Assist in guiding clients by facilitating design sessions and making configuration decisions based on best practices and an understanding of each clients individual business requirements throughout all phases of the project
- Develop and configure accurate forecasting and planning models in Workday Adaptive Planning to meet customer requirements
- Support in planning and conducting training for users
- Document the planning models and reports provided to the customer
Ensure rapid value creation by delivering orders on time and on budget

- You communicate regularly, concisely and clearly with customers to set the right expectations and ensure customer success.
- You will also provide general customer service and support to clients and serve as a point of contact for all project-related enquiries

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in finance and/or controlling, particularly in the areas of budgeting, planning and management reporting
- Experience in designing and creating complex financial planning models with advanced Excel skills
- Experience in implementing at least one Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system (e.g. Workday Adaptive Planning, Jedox, Tagetik, TM1, Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion)
- Competent communication with customers and colleagues in an effective, trustworthy and empathetic manner, even when working from home. Experienced presenter, able to express himself appropriately in front of a demanding clientele.

- Desired consulting skills, such as giving presentations, moderating workshops, demonstrating and explaining complicated functions or solutions to customers
- Willingness to travel to customer locations in the same region (minimal travel outside the region may also be required)
DESIRABLE:
- Bachelor s degree in finance or accounting, business administration or similar
- Certified accountant or certified public accountant
- Experience in advising customers
- Professional experience more than 5 years
