Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Acquisition Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving client acquisition strategies and building strong relationships with potential clients to achieve business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute acquisition strategies to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for client acquisition.
  • Monitor and analyze acquisition metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on acquisition performance.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
