ACMV Project Engineer (MNC/ Central/ Permanent Role)

About the Role
We are looking for an Engineer (ACMV) to oversee ACMV installation works, supervise subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within specifications, and to quality standards.

Responsibility:

• Supervise subcontractors and monitor site progress.
• Review ACMV drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Identify and resolve design discrepancies across M&E, structural, architectural, and ID drawings.
• Manage project execution, timelines, and site coordination.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with company standards and SOPs.

Requirement:

• Min Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years experience inrelevant ACMV experiencewithin the construction industry.
• ACMV system installation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ACMV systems, Codes of Practice, and Green Mark requirements.
• BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and Hydronic/Static Calculation knowledge is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office with good communication and teamwork skills.
