This is a full-time on-site position for an Accounts Receivable Specialist based in Bengaluru. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage day-to-day invoicing and debt collection processes, perform financial oversight, and ensure accurate record-keeping. The role involves analyzing accounts, managing payment schedules, and communicating with clients to resolve payment issues. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively across teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and standards.

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Finance to support accurate reconciliation and reporting
• Proficiency in Debt Collection and Invoicing to manage accounts receivables efficiently
• Excellent Communication skills to maintain client relationships and resolve queries promptly
• Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or a financial role preferred
