Accounts Receivable

Accounts Receivable & Reporting

• Download and update bank statements regularly.
• Perform receipts accounting for all entities.
• Release customer orders upon payment confirmation.
• Prepare monthly Statement of Accounts for GET Paid customers.
• Weekly follow-up for payments and invoice submissions to clients.
• Generate and maintain AR Ageing Reports for weekly AR calls.
• Prepare and submit monthly Intercompany (Interco) reports.

Documentation & Compliance

• Upload export documents in the CITI portal for BRC processing across all entities.
• Compile export details for monthly GST returns, including EGM data.
• Maintain trackers for GST Refunds, DBK, and RODTEP claims.
• Support audit processes annually with required documentation and reconciliations.

Financial Adjustments & Allocations

• Issue debit/credit notes for rent recharge, cost allocations (quantity-based), rebates, and TCS/TDS adjustments.

Tracking & Coordination

• Maintain and update BG/GR Waiver, LC, and EMD trackers.
• Manage SEZ & POD documentation, including SB & BL copies.
