Accounts Manager

KELL Salon is hiring an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations, compliance, reporting, and branch-level financial management across the organization.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong accounting expertise, analytical skills, and hands-on experience in managing finance functions in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance

• Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, payroll, and related financial processes

• Prepare P&L statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and MIS reports

• Monitor branch-wise financial performance and reporting

• Ensure accuracy in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and compliance documentation

• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants/auditors when required

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of relevant accounting and finance experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance

• M.Com, CA Inter, or MBA Finance preferred

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, payroll, and statutory compliance

• Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, MS Excel, and financial MIS reporting

• Experience in salon, retail, hospitality, or service industry will be an advantage

• Strong analytical, reporting, and team coordination skills

Pay & Benefits – What we offer

• Annual CTC:₹4,80,000 - ₹5,40,000
