Job Description

Key Skills:

  • Good Knowledge of Accounting Principles and Procedures.
  • Hands-on experience in handling Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
  • Good knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxation.
  • Experience in handling GST returns and compliances.
  • Experience of handling GST refunds is preferred.
  • Prior experience of managing Tax and Transfer Pricing assessments would be good.
  • Experience in handling ROC compliances would be preferable.
  • Good Analytical and Communication Skill.
  • Well versed with MS-Excel.
  • Knowledge of ERP Software.

Required Skills:

  • Handling supervision of Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable entries in ERP.
  • Preparation of Journals which includes pre- payments, accruals, amortisations etc.
  • Handling month close activities.
  • Managing weekly payments and handling banking work and documentation.
  • Updating weekly payments in register and coordinating with stakeholders/creditors/debtors.
  • Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations
  • Preparation of TDS data and TDS Return Filing within due date.
  • Preparation and filing of GST returns and refunds within the due date.
  • Preparation of timely Advance Tax data.
  • Handling Secretarial Compliances.
  • Assisting with Income Tax / Transfer Pricing / GST Assessments and Scrutiny's.
  • Maintenance of FA Register.
  • Preparation & Handling of Audits (Statutory Audit / Tax Audit /Transfer Pricing).
  • Preparation & Filing of Income Tax Return.
  • Statutory registrations under different Acts, documentation for other Stat registrations like ITES, SAE, LEI etc.
