Job Description: - Accounts Executive

• Manage accounting activities to ensure compliance with accounting principles, policies and internal audit of company.
• Review and analyse the financial statement including trial balance, profit & loss accounts, age-wise accounts payables & receivables statements and balance sheets of company.
• Prepare the reconciliation of company general ledger accounts and follow up on reconciling items in a timely manner (GL, AR and AP).
• Monitoring preparation of statutory books of accounts, bank reconciliation and consolidated reports in compliance with time & accuracy norms.
• Maintain & Recording Purchase, Sale & Expenses, Responsible for Entire Accounting / Document Management, Internal Audit & Scrutinizing of Books.
• Finalization of Balance Sheet, profit and loss account and audit reports in compliance of Companies Act with relevant accounting standards and reconciliation of financial statements.
• Handling and coordinating with bank for Inward or outward Foreign Payment.
• Preparing and filing of Individual Income Tax Returns (ITR-I, ITR-II).
• Preparing MIS by end of Quarter.

Skills required:

• Must have experience in Tally ERP 9
• GST
• TDS
• BRS

Minimum 1 years of experience required on tally software
