Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage our core accounting operations and ensure statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting business decision-making, and ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
* Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
* Ensure compliance with taxation laws and other statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.).
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to aid business decisions.
* Assist in internal and external audits and maintain audit-ready documentation.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CA/ICWA intermediate preferred).
* 25 years of experience in core accounting and statutory compliance.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial regulations.
* Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, ERP systems, or other accounting software.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
